Hello. I’m Paul Jackson.
I was born and raised in Garden City, Kansas. My parents decided to homeschool myself and three sisters from grades K through 12.
I’ve been a welder, farmhand, and construction worker. I’ve been a T.A. for a Psych class at my community college. In the last few years, I’ve worked with youth and adults in group homes.
My parents instilled in me a love of learning. That’s led to the past few years of earning a B.S degree in Psychology and continuing to attain a Master’s in Educational Psychology.
I’d love to teach Psychology someday.
My path to a Master’s and more…
Went to Concordia University, Seward, NE
The beginning of my pursuits for my degrees in Psychology. Going to Concordia is a family tradition.
Graduated From Concordia Seward
Received a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Concordia University in Seward, NE. My father also graduated from Concordia Seward.
While at Concordia I graduated with a 3.4 GPA, I wrote for the school newspaper and I completed a summer internship at a Christian camp senior year.
Decided to get a Master’s
A long-term goal is to teach Psychology, so getting a Master’s is a requirement.
Went to Capella
Attended Capella University to complete my Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology.
It was a self-directed program working closely with a personal tutor and academic coach.
Graduated Cappella with a Master’s in Psychology
After years of study I achieved the goal I set for myself – a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology.
